In the first quarter 2010, Erke’s  total revenues is 491,000,000 RMB, decrease 13.5% compared with the same period of 2009. The gross profit is 155,000,000 RMB, declines 31.9% compared with the same period of 2009.

The professional of the clothing industry said, Erke development model and the brand position is with some problems, the main reason for declines is that Erke expands to open stores too fast. According to the Erke public information, Erke open about 4,003 stores in 2009, 3,842 in 2009. However, Erke open 27 stores in the first quarter of 2010.

Erke’s s revenues is 1,999,000,000 RMB in 2009, down 30.8% compared with the same period of 2008. But the domestic sports brands Lining, Anta and Peak’s revenues in 2009 increase compared with 2008.

Lining’s revenues is 8,387,000,000 RMB in 2009, up 25.4% compared with the same period of 2008. The net profit is 721,000,000 RMB, up 31%.

Anta’s revenues is 1,250,900,000 RMB in 2009, up 39.8% compared with the same period of 2008.

Peak’s revenues is 3,095,000,000 RMB in 2009, increases 51.6% compared with the same period of 2008. The net profit is 628,000,000 RMB, up 67.1% compared with the same period of 2008.
