The Buckle, Inc. reported comparable store net salesfor the five-week period ended July 3, 2010 decreased 7.3% from comparable store net sales for the five-week period ended July 4, 2009. Net sales for the five-week fiscal month decreased 2.4% to $69.2 million from net sales of $70.8 million for the prior year.

Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 22-week period ended July 3, 2010 decreased 0.7% from comparable store net sales for the 22-week period ended July 4, 2009. Net sales for the 22-week fiscal period increased 4.0% to $344.3 million from net sales of $331.1 million for the prior year 22-week fiscal period ended July 4, 2009.
