Eddie Bauer LLC announced that John Spotts has joined the company as vice president – Licensing, International and Corporate Sales.

In this role, Mr. Spotts will continue to expand the Eddie Bauer brand into new product categories and international markets.

Mr. Spotts joined Eddie Bauer from FranklinCovey Products, LLC where he was the Senior Vice President of International. Under Spotts’ leadership, FranklinCovey was able to diversify its product mix through strategic licensing, as well as widen the geographic scope of its distribution licenses.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Spotts was Senior Vice President of Brand Licensing with The Sharper Image from 2006 through 2008. Spotts has also held senior positions with Equity Management, Inc., The Coleman Company and Woolrich, Inc.
