Cynthia Surette, Director of Design at Chaos Headwear, has received the Hat Life Award for the environment and snow industry category. Surette is cited for ingenuity and variety at the 2009/2010 Snow Sports Industry- SKI PRESS Edition for environmental acknowledgments.

She is currently the design director for Chaos Headwear responsible for the environmentally friendly Green Label Collection launching the term Enviro-Tech.
She has been with the family owned and operated manufacturing brand for 19 years.
