Cloudveil, which was recently sold by Spyder Active Sports to Windsong Brands LLC., announced a number of management moves. Ned Hutchinson, national sales manager of the Cloudveil brand and Jonathan McMahon, dealer service representative, will join Cloudveil as employees of Spyder Active Sports in overseeing the Spring 2010 Cloudveil line transition.

Spyder Active Sports James Samuel, acting as General Manager of the Cloudveil brand explains, "The Spring 2010 product line is our best to date. We plan to finish strong with direct involvement for the Cloudveil brand SS10 deliveries, as well as providing the utmost dealer service and support."
