On September 11, the foremost mountaineer Wang Fuzhou establishes the Tibet Alpine Culture Development Fund. The fund is to protect and develop the Tibet’s traditional culture. It will launch the charity projects, develop the alpine culturel, protect the environment, research the outdoor industry, educate and hold the academic exchange. It also awards the people and organizations who tribute a lot for the mountain culture, environmental protection or scientific research.
