On March 2, Mr Hai Zhenwen, director of Beijing Municipal Competitive Sport Event Management Center and Mr Bruno Feltracco, the vice president of VF Outdoor and Action sports announced the The North Face 100 will be held at the feet of Great Wall on May 8. The activity of The North Face 100 named  2010 Beijing International Outdoor  Endurance Challenge from now on.

The North Face 100 was held in Beijing in 2009 which was the first time held in China, 3200 people attends last activity, but 4800 people attend the activity in 2010. 2010 Beijing International Outdoor  Endurance Challenge includes the 100 KM, 50 KM and 10 KM endurance challenge, it becomes more difficult than last year.

 Till now, 1,396 people register 2010 Beijing International Outdoor  Endurance Challenge, 147 people register 100 KM, 218 people register 50KM and 1,031 people register 10 KM.

Mr Bruno Feltracco said," The North Face is devoted to support the elite athletes, we design the function running shoes, clothes and equipments to help them challenge the limit. We are confident that we can make the Beijing International Outdoor  Endurance Challenge more and more popular in China."
