Recently, the global leader of spandex production-INVISTA announces it will establish a brand new spandex production base in Asia and build China Innovation Center after joint venture in Foshan. In this way?it can keep worldwide leadership position.

Through the expansion of these projects and increase of productivity in four continents, INVISTA continues to surpass the early announcement which increase global 50,000 tons of spandex fiber production plan in the next three years. So far, INVISTA bought a nylon carpet fiber plant, a automobile airbag fiber factory is being built and it also plans to build a world-class nylon 6.6 intermediates and polymer factory in Shanghai. In addition, the nitric acid production plant is being built in Singapore production base.

In addition to increasing productivity, INVISTA also plans to maintain leading position in the environment, regional operations and technological innovation.
