The 11th Heilongjiang International Skiing Festival was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang province on December 12. On December 12, the opening ceremony was held grandly, the ambassadors and tourism officials from more than 30 countries and regions attended the opening ceremony.

During the skiing festival, there are lots of skiing races. In the middle of December, the Helongjiang Province Tourism Bureau organizes the tourists visit Yabuli Skiing Resort, the avenue of 24th Winter Universiade.

Heilongjiang province sets up the international skiing tourism federation, China, South Korean and Russia join in this organization, which is to promote the international skiing tourism development.
