Black Diamond products will be featured at the upcoming CORA Outdoor School to be held September 4-6 in Xi’an in mid-western China.

Black Diamond is sending Senior QA Engineer Andy Merriman to conduct a session which will include detailed technical training on BD’s 2007 spring collection of rock/ice climbing gears, head lamps and trekking poles.

Since began selling its products in China in 2001, Black Diamond’s rock/ice climbing gears, along with head lamps and trekking poles have quickly become a common sight on the shelves of Chinese outdoor specialty shops.

Outdoor School is an outdoor product training camp organized by the China Outdoor Retailer Association. Its goal is to help outdoor shop floor staff become product experts through classroom training and hands-on experience. CORA Outdoor School is held twice each year in spring and fall.
