"1 kilogram more in your travel pack" charity activity has cooperated with Ispo China since 2006. It runs behind the idea of travelers bringing 1kg more of inexpensive books or educational materials in addition to their package to give away to some one that needs it along their journey, e.g. kids that cannot even afford a pencil rubber; with expanding Ispo Chian’s scale this year, the simple displaying and propaganda for "1kg more" is escalated to"1kg more" project to call for publicity to join.

"1kg more" project is organized by Ispo China and the two outdoor giant brands Sympatex and Kolumb combined with 1kg.org, a kind of charity activity encourages the tourists lift a finger to help the poor children of backward areas when they are traveling. The simple process of passing-communicating-sharing will no doubt enrich travelers’ travel experience and realize the positive cycle of charity work.

Besides promoting it in Ispo China, "1kg more" project also will set up activity places in Kolumb stores to collect stationeries, books and other things; select some volunteers take the donations to the montanic schools for the needed children, only if the donations are up to certain number. The medias will report throughout the entire process to expand its influence and attract more attention to the common good.
