On March 5, the First Chinese Women Mountaineering Team is set up in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan. The team will climb the mountains lower than 5000 meters above sea level. More and more women climb the mountains under guiede of this team. The Olympic champion Zhang Shan and Tang Lin are honorary members.

The aim of the Chinese Women Mountaineering Team is to build the scientific, scientific, standardized, systematic and popular outdoor platform with the advantage of Sichuan's mountain resources, guide the women close nature and enjoy life.
100 members of the Chinese Women Mountaineering Team from various fields of Sichuan. They will climb the mountains along Mt Qingcheng on March 7.
